The French Bully Store have worked very hard to find the very best products sold by the best manufacturers from around the world. The majority of our products will be sent directly from our warehouse in China to you doorstep, this is what enables us to keep our product prices very competitive and our shipping costs FREE!
French Bully Store have multiple suppliers, so if you have ordered several products you might receive them separately on different dates.
Here at the French Bully Store we are very proud to offer a totally free worldwide shipping policy.
Our shipping times vary depending on the order and location. Our estimated shipping times are between 10-20 days, that is when the majority of our orders reach their destination. however, we ask that you allow up to 35 days from the date you placed your order. if you haven't received your order after 35 days please contact us.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order and it will likely go over the 30 days, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active between 24-72 hours after receiving it.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
French Bully Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order, we do our very best to assure you will not be charged any taxes or duty fees. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
French Bully Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
